How to test Cardiovascualr endurance
For an individuals cardiovascular endurance to be tested, they must complete the 12 minute cooper run. The 12 minute cooper run consists of the individual running round a 10x5 meter track at a consistant speed for a continiuos 12 minutes. The aim for this test is for the individal to complete as many laps of the track as possible at a consistant speed within the set time.
